Pick: Standard Result: 1-3 Stake: 8/10 Odds: 2.10 Bookmaker: Gamebookers vCash: No

great chance for standard to reach the top of the league. westerlo is not an easy opponent but today they will miss quite a few first selection players. i believe standard will get 3 points here. odds are not generous but they are fair.

Pick: Boca Juniors Result: 0-2 Stake: 9/10 Odds: 1.85 Bookmaker: Ladbrokes vCash: Yes

boca is full of talent and capable of playing great football and destroy any defense. today they will face a weakened san martin defense since home team misses 2 influential defenders. i believe boca will stretch its winning streak today.

Pick: Brighton Result: 2-1 Stake: 7/10 Odds: 1.85 Bookmaker: Expekt vCash: No

brighton has a good home record while cheltenham have serious scoring problems when playing away. they have only scored 2 in last 4 away games and 4 in last 8, conceding 14.
brighton has already won twice before vs cheltenham this year, and all last 5 since 1999.

Pick: Sociedad Result: 4-0 Stake: 6/10 Odds: 2.10 Bookmaker: Pinnacle vCash: Yes

i choose sociedad to win today @2.2 that imo is a generous odd. home team comes from big away success and now has to build on that. they have a fine sqaud but havent performed as expected yet. i think they are capable of a comfortable win today.

Pick: PAOK Salonika Result: 0-2 Stake: 7/10 Odds: 2.50 Bookmaker: Wettpunkt vCash: Yes

this is the right time for paok to record their first away win.
paok is a great home team but a awful traveller. today it will feel like home for paok. they will play at a neutral ground (both teams are from salonika, apollon is using iraklis ground recently) and in front of 10000 paok fans and 300 apollon fans. 2.5 is simply great odds

Pick: Boca Juniors Result: 4-0 Stake: 10/10 Odds: 1.55 Bookmaker: Admiral vCash: Yes

a full squad boca is a team that can beat any opponent at la bobonera. boca drew in the oppening game of the season. today they should win against a medium opponent and get back on track.

Pick: Paderborn Result: 1-3 Stake: 7/10 Odds: 2.20 Bookmaker: Skybet vCash: Yes

great chance for paderborn to grab another 3 against a depleted osnabruck site. this is a 6 point game since both teams are fighting to avoid relegation. home team is in good momentum coming from a great away win.

Pick: 1 Result: 0-1 (0-0) Stake: 7/10 Odds: 2.70 Bookmaker: Interwetten vCash: Yes

Sparta has played nice so far but was rather unlucky and thus has collected just 1 point so far. The time for their first win has come. Groningen comes from an auful display against Partizan for the Uefa Cup that left them with a couple of injuries too.
I think the odds for the home win are just great, so I bet on a home team that has shown that they can play nice football against a weak away team that will be a little tired and miss a couple of regulars.

Pick: 1 Result: 3-3 Stake: 8/10 Odds: 1.90 Bookmaker: BetDirect.net vCash: No

Barnet which is unbeaten in the last 4 (2-2-0) welcomes Boston that has terrible sellection problems today since at least 4 regulars may be unavaible today due to injuries according to the news.

Boston is also an awful traveller this year. Their away record is just (0-0-3, 3-10). I believe that Barnet which has scored 8 in last 4, may well score another couple or more tonight and get 3 points from this encounter.
Last year home team won this 1-0.

Pick: 2 Result: 1-1 Stake: 7/10 Odds: 2.25 Bookmaker: Gamebookers vCash: No Posted: Sep 10, 2006, 16:45
Santos has to start winning away games against weak opposition in order to move closer to Sao Paulo.

Struggling Fortaleza managed to get a couple of point in the last 2 games. Today they will have to same target, to defend and get 1 more point, but I doubt they could stop the firepower of Santos (they scored 5 last week) and failed to score as well for one more time.
Game takes place in presidente vargas and not casteleo (the natural home ground of fortaleza)
